Hire / Rent (Outfits to Borrow)

The Perfect Outfit is a one-of-a-kind hire and retail shop with a showroom that allows women to access the most gorgeous designer outfits, some straight from the catwalks, up to 85% off retail price!

We have a selection of top-designers with new outfits arriving all the time!

We are the stress-free solution for all women who want to feel unique, beautiful and confident at any occasion.

How does The Perfect Outfit hire service work? 

  1. Browse designer outfits and choose the one for your delivery date (we recommend 2 days before your event).

  2. Book your hire period (4 or 8 days) and select your size.

  3. After your experience, the outfit should be returned to The Perfect Outfit either by drop off by 12 pm on the return date or by posting back to The Perfect Outfit using the express post satchel provided on the return date. 

 Remember leave the cleaning to us! You do not have to worry about cleaning the outfit.

Can I try on outfits before my event date? Yes of course! We have a showroom located in Secret Harbour, WA. Simply contact us to book a time for you to come and try on our amazing outfits. This is a no-obligation appointment where a stylist will help you find the best outfit for you!

We are unable to hold outfits for your actual event date until a booking order is placed.

What if I miss my return date/time? 

Please inform us at theperfectoutfitau@outlook.com as soon as this happens so that we can inform the next customer that will receive the outfit after you, in order to make sure she will be able to wear to her event!

For shipped orders:

If you have not returned the satchel on the mandatory return date, you should use the same pre-paid label and return the items as soon as possible or if you are able to deliver the outfit back to The Perfect Outfit sooner please contact us straight away.

Return to our showroom:

Located at 33 Flagstaff Crest, Secret Harbour. Returns must be delivered within the time frame confirmed when you picked up your outfit. If you are unable to return your outfit on time please contact The Perfect Outfit asap.

Should an item not be returned by the due date, we reserve the right to charge you accordingly. 

You will be charged late fees depending how late you return the outfits, as you could be preventing someone else from receiving a outfit for their special event. For each day you are late, you'll be charged $30. You can, however, extend your rental time, if the outfit is available, simply contact us.

We reserve the right to charge your credit card the retail value of the items after 5 weekdays if the items not being returned. Items that are returned late are not eligible for refunds.

Please understand that you are liable for the return of the items.

What if the renter before me returns the outfit late? 

 We have many outfits! Nevertheless, if a previous customer is late returning the only outfit available, we will then arrange to offer you any alternative outfit. We will never leave you without something amazing to wear!

Brand New Outfits

If the outfit is marked brand new it is exactly that – brand new!

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your outfit must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with the labels still attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the designer.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Previously Hired / Clearance and Sale outfits 

We strongly recommend you trying on Previously Hired / Clearance and Sale outfits to ensure you love the outfit as only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately previously hired, clearance and sale outfits cannot be refunded. 

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail or drop off (contact The Perfect Outfit prior to organise a time) your outfit to: 33 Flagstaff Crest, Secret Harbour, Western Australia, 6173

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
